My name is Kevin and I've been investing in real estate for over 24 years. I started with very little knowledge in real estate investing, but over the years have learned how to invest in many different real estate vehicles. I have flipped properties, wholesaled properties, have had many rental properties, have invested in commercial properties and am currently the fund manager of a real estate investment fund. It has been quite an adventure. Today I also own a hard money finance company where we lend to investors looking to buy properties to flip them or rent them out. As a hard money lender I have been able to experience a lot of unique ways individuals and companies invest in real estate. Through the years I have been able to gain a great deal of knowledge regarding different ways to structure real estate deals which has been very beneficial in creating this course. The #1 thing that I have learned throughout this entire journey is.... You CAN do real estate deals without any money out of your pocket. Not only that, there are actually ways that you can close on a deal and put money in your pocket as pure profit. Can't I learn all of this on Youtube?

There are different ways to do owner finance other than the way we teach, but from our experience we were not able to find the strategies and the structure we teach on Youtube or any other platform. Most of the strategies taught on these platforms do not teach a lot about compliance or how to structure the deals with no money out of your pocket. We have also found these platforms may only focus on one piece at a time and not the whole picture of owner financing requiring you to hunt and search for information.

Do I need to have Knowledge in Finance before starting?

Absolutely Not! The course is very easy to understand and will teach you everything you need to know when it comes to owner financing properties.

Do I need to have Good Credit to do owner financing?
